Max Rosenak

Biography

Max Rosenak is an actor, writer, director and educator based in New York City. He is a founding member of the living wage theatre company The Williams Project, and has performed with them for the last nine years. He is currently on faculty at the Riverside Initiative for the Alexander Technique, where he helps to train AT practitioners. He has taught voice and text at NYU Tisch, AADA, AMAW, RIAT and AT Motion. He studied voice with Patsy Rodenburg, Nancy Benjamin and Jeffrey Crockett, and is a designated Patsy Rodenburg Associate teacher of voice & text (PRA). He received his MFA in Acting from A.C.T in San Francisco and his BFA in Theatre Arts from Boston University. Max has directed for NYU-Meisner, The Atlantic Acting School and more. Acting credits include productions at The Pittsburgh Public, The American Conservatory Theater, The Huntington Theatre Company, The Intiman, The Olney Theatre Center, The Magic Theatre, among others. He maintains a private voice and Alexander Technique practice in New York city.
