During the three years of training, actors and directors are offered the opportunity to work professionally at Trinity Rep. Students become an integral part of the life of the theater, which has received consistent local, national, and international recognition since its founding. Many Trinity Rep actors, directors, and designers have worked continuously with the company for a decade or more, and a number of them serve on the program's faculty. The resident acting company has developed a reputation for a vigorous rehearsal and performance style that is informed by crucial awareness of the audience in the theatrical event.
